How Xactimus®
keeps control

Four steps repeat around the clock, with no manual adjustment. Xactimus: senses, compares, adjusts and records on its own, so your chemistry stays at setpoint through every shift.

Sensors in your chiller or intervention system measure PAA, ASC, chlorine and pH continuously. Because readings never pause between manual checks, a change in the chemistry shows up as it happens.
Each reading is checked against the setpoint your food safety team defines. The controller sees drift as it starts, so the chemistry is corrected early, before it affects your intervention results.
When a reading moves away from setpoint, Xactimus® raises, lowers or stops the chemical pumps on its own. The chemistry returns to target without anyone adjusting by hand, on any shift.
Readings are logged every 30 seconds, day and night. That record supports your audits, gives your team data to improve production, and can feed Xymethius™ for analysis alongside real-time production data.
